QUALITY AND RELIABILITY

• Local agents control and analyze products processed in factories certified HACCP or ISO respecting strict conditions of hygiene and food safety.

• Products are sourced from sustainable capturing zones controlled by local authorities.

• Products selected contain no food additives or antibiotics in order to ensure safe and healthy food.

REFERENCING AND MONITORING PRODUCERS AND SUPPLIERS BASED ON RIGOROUS QUALITY CRITERIA

• Strict respect of the cold chain and traceability of each batch from the source to the consumer.

• Organoleptic, physical and chemical tests are made by independent French laboratories on storage premises.

• Any new product from a supplier is prepared for tasting before offering it for sale.

• Aloha Seafood is against illegal and electric fishing, and supports marine wildlife conservation organizations such as Sea Shepherd.
